Absolutely love the ambiance of this place. It was my first time here, but my husband's family used to go here when it was Cat and the Custard Cup before becoming Il Gatto. The pasta seems like it's made in house from scratch possibly? Seemed more fresh and a little larger than standard boxed pasta. I could be wrong though. I ordered the spaghetti Bolognese. The meat was super tender and no hard deterrents that sometimes come up in pasta sauces. The sauce was good. Pretty light in flavor, but still had some richness. Our server was attentive and made sure we had water and bread at all times. The bread had a nice texture, but it packed in flavor to me. Loaded it up with the butter, olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. This isn't supposed to be the star of the show though, but thought I'd mention it. We came on a Sunday, so the pianist was there. It definitely added to the experience as a whole. The

This use to be the Cat and the Custard. It's now an Italian restaurant. We've been there several times now and every time has been great. The food is delicious it has a nice atmosphere and super sweet servers , our favorite is Tiffany, she is very attentive. If it's your first time to this location, They have plenty of parking in the back of the building, you can walk up from the side, also they have a beautiful front patio if you prefer to dine outside. Would definitely recommend. The food is more homestyle Italian something your mom would cook from home, plus they offer spumoni and house made cannolis.

Looking to try a new place and had so many fond memories of Cat and the Custard Cup, so thought we would check this place out. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. I really like the ambiance and decor. The menu was brief but had a great selection of food and drinks. The host and serving staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back. I got the wedge salad with chicken.... It was amazing

I brought my sister to celebrate her birthday & we ended our night very satisfied with our restaurant choice. I recommend booking a reservation ahead of your visit. We were greeted by Jon and seated promptly upon our arrival. He was very welcoming & friendly from the moment we walked in. Our server was amazing, do yourself a favor and ask to be seated with Tiffany. She was very knowledgeable of the menu items. Since it was my first visit, I asked her for a recommendation and she did not fail me. I ordered the penne vodka pasta with shrimp, as she suggested, it was absolutely amazing. I would also like to mention that the bartender working that night made us AMAZING drinks. I am not a big drinker, so I asked him for a fruity drink that wasn't too strong. I felt bad for being so particular about what kind of drink I wanted but he did not disappoint! He was very kind and made sure we were happy with the drinks he made for us. Overall a great experience, I will be revisiting this restaurant very soon and hope that Jon, Tiffany & Bobby are all there to provide the great experience they did on my sister's special day!

This is my go-to spot to decompress after a work shift. The ambiance and service is what keeps me coming back. I mostly request the patio seating, but I will sit inside when Michael is playing the piano. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and good at his craft. My fav red wine so far is the Caldora. It's smooth, full bodied and easy to drink. (I haven't found my fav white wine here but I'm working on it.) I've tried a handful of plates here from the appetizers to main entrees. None have been memorable to me tbh but I'm still trying to figure out their standout's. One things for certain - I tackle that warm bread basket when it rolls out. Parking: lot in front and back Occasions: date night, celebrations/anniversaries/birthdays, friend outings Ambiance: elegant, charming, modern Perks: happy hour, live pianist from 6 PM - 9 PM on select days

This is my new favorite restaurant. I was once a devoted fan of the Cat and Custard and was so sad when it closed. This new concept is lovely and works just perfectly in the same location. The restaurant has had a few upgrades, while still having the character and class that The Cat had. The food is phenomenal. The charcuterie comes on a cheese shaped board! How cool is that? There was a salad called the panzanella, but sadly, it's now off the menu. The il gatto signature salad is also great if you love a variety of veggies. The pizzas are fantastic. The best food we have tried is the meatballs. They are so flavorful and made in-house. I can't rave enough about the meatballs. Last Sunday, my husband and I shared a pasta dish and the il gatto signature salad. The staff was kind enough to split our dishes for us. Everything was cooked to perfection. We love listening to the piano player. My husband and I enjoy sitting at the bar top. Tiffany is an excellent bartender. She is very personable and makes wonderful drinks! Our favorite drink is the Hugo Spritz. She also makes an amazing pear martini. This is definitely my new favorite place to have a classy and fun date night.

Dinner with friends was great at this spot. Plenty of parking in the back and a super cute outdoor patio and lovely indoor dining. The food was ok, but our server was amazing. She was super nice and helpful, always with a big smile. That alone will have us come back!
